Meet Isa
"I got into coaching through a genuine love for movement - and a curiosity to understand it better (yes, I’m a bit of a nerd). I became a certified Milo Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, with EREPS accreditation at EQF Levels 3 & 4, and I’m always continuing my education, currently diving deeper into muscle growth.
Aerial arts - especially silks - brought me back to the playful and joyful side of exercise - the kind we all explored as kids. That experience shaped how I see training today: exercise isn’t punishment, it’s a way to explore what your body can do and actually enjoy the process.
I’ve worked with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, which is exactly why I believe in a personalised approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all - your training should fit you, your life, and your goals.
My role is to support you with structure, guidance, and accountability, while grounding everything we do in up-to-date knowledge and best practices."
